DYNAMICCIRCUIT

 

DYNAMICCIRCUIT consists of machines which force may make a defined number of repetitions or, more frequently, which is usually assigned a certain time (this option favors the flow of the circuit). These machines force a stop will be recovery which often make a low-intensity aerobic exercise. The number of machines of strength ranges from 8 to 11, plus their corresponding aerobic stations, which may also include other elements.
