BODYPUMP™ is the fastest way to shape up and lose body fat. It’s a toning and conditioning class with weights and is for just about everybody who wants to add strength training into their aerobic workout. The simplicity of the class makes BODYPUMP™ a great starting point to develop strength and confidence. Hot sounds and compelling choreography keep you going through each 45-minute or one-hour workout. You’ll use a step platform, a bar and a set of weights.

If you’re new to weights-resistance exercise or you’re out of shape, you should start with light weights. After a few classes you’ll recognise the correct weight for you. If you’re unsure, ask your instructor.

DYNAMICBIKE

 

A class is a challenge DYNAMICBIKE virtual bike that includes different 'routes' to the rhythm of motivational music to help participants to interpret the changes of pace. The basis of the program is in its ability to adapt to the requirements of the students, who use it to their own physical and mental preparation. The rhythm of the music helps to control the regularity of cycling, helps concentration and can control the intensity of training. Dynamic Bike sessions lasting 45 minutes. Of these, between 5 and 10 minutes devoted to warming, about 25 or 30 minutes to the work phase, and the last 5-10 minutes to lower heart rate and stretching of muscles that have worked.
