Normally I teach a group, but the people in my classes can feel free to stop and ask me any kind of suggestion. I measure my classes at the individual needs of each of my students, so if you work hard your abdomen, thighs, triceps, etc. ... Just let me know at the start of the class. Although it is designed to support them in groups, creating a fun atmosphere, I'll do for you.
The important thing for me is that when you finish my class, you feel happy and energized, knowing that you worked on this problem area.
Now let the fun begin! My classes are for both women and men, therefore, boys do not be afraid and try!
My job is to:
TBW (Total Body Workout): This class is high energy, burn calories and impels be getting in shape, while learning some moves from step to promote the strength and conditioning in order to tone and sculpt your body.
Spin: It's the very last energy level, for any physical state, is the best and fastest way to achieve fitness, where I really enjoy burning calories at a rate of energetic music, where it rises to simulate the mountains, sprint final and that makes a real cardio work.
Body Pump: A combination of exercises such as: step, aerobics, weights, running, to get this strength and muscle tone and a wonderful abs. It's a great class, with lively music. This class has it all.
Body Combat: If what you are learning defensive and offensive movements of various martial arts, you have to try this class.
Body Balance: And if you want to relax, stretch and get excellent flexibility, then I hope my kind of balance.
